2016 Topps 1/1 5×7 Sapphire

I really don’t know how these made it into the market. I’m guessing they were an online purchase item from Topps.com. We aren’t really looking to build out the base Topps rainbow but I couldn’t pass up a 1/1 for how cheap this one was.
